<p>For having a flourishing business innovation is the &#013;<br />
base. Business can be opened by anyone but only few can actually reach &#013;<br />
that top position. For e.g. Apple Inc if failed to think of a device &#013;<br />
with a smooth touch screen and high functionality, we all would not be &#013;<br />
enjoying these iPhones.<br />This means that innovative ideas are meant to&#013;<br />
 bring change. Many organizations and business are completely dependent &#013;<br />
on innovations like mobile technology, automobile designs, data &#013;<br />
management tools, product development and marketing etc. Innovation &#013;<br />
management solutions are the tools provided by some manufacturers which &#013;<br />
can simply enhance the process of processing innovative ideas. These &#013;<br />
solutions can be adapted by any business organization for their &#013;<br />
employees. Such innovation management software is set of instructions &#013;<br />
which are meant to collect, filter and process the idea produced by the &#013;<br />
people having access to use it.</p>
<p>Most of the companies deploy &#013;<br />
these innovation management solutions to give their employees an equal &#013;<br />
platform for sharing their ideas and views. Employees are often &#013;<br />
reluctant to participate in such process but it is the duty of &#013;<br />
management of the company to motivate and convince workers to give their&#013;<br />
 100% participation in using innovation management software.</p>
<p>What are the ways to encourage employees for presenting their views?</p>
<p>1.&#013;<br />
 Regular sessions: Top management must organize regular sessions for its&#013;<br />
 employees to get familiar with tool. They must feel comfortable while &#013;<br />
using such tools. Workers must be convinced that they are very easy and &#013;<br />
less time consuming tools like Word processors and spreadsheets.</p>

 No criticism: Top management should monitor carefully that no employee &#013;<br />
is criticized for his/ her ideas or views. It will lower morale of the &#013;<br />
employee and he will never participate again in the process.</p>
<p>3. &#013;<br />
Maximum transparency: The worker who has given the idea should be able &#013;<br />
to see proceedings going on over his idea so that it gives him sense of &#013;<br />
equality. If in case his idea fails to get positive feedback he will get&#013;<br />
 to know how his view is not profitable from organization point of view.&#013;<br />
 This will boost wider spectrum of thoughts among workers.</p>
<p>4. &#013;<br />
Immediate response: This means management must present feedback to any &#013;<br />
idea presents with two to six days so that worker should feel it like a &#013;<br />
waste of time to share ideas. No matter you feel it is beneficial or &#013;<br />
not, response is very important.</p>
<p>Employees are very imperative &#013;<br />
part of an organization. If management of an organization knows how to &#013;<br />
churn out best from its employees via such innovation management tools &#013;<br />
then that company will always be in flying colors.</p>
